One of the missions of the Shaw University Center for Teaching and Learning (SU-CTL) is to provide faculty encouragement and support to enhance teaching and maximize student success through evidence-based, diverse and inclusive pedagogical methods. Gardner-UNCF - Shaw University

Faculty Participate in The Gardner High-Impact Online Teaching and Learning Practices for Faculty at Historically Black Colleges and Universities

The United Negro College Fund (UNCF) partnered with The Gardner Institute to assist HBCU faculty with high-impact, online pedagogy through a 4-week course. Interested faculty completed a survey for this limited participative course which resulted in 22 of our faculty earning their place to partake in the course! During the synchronous and asynchronous online courses, faculty prepared and redesigned their online pedagogy.
